Handmade concrete sink — materials and craftsmanship. The V_4 basin is hand-cast from high-grade GRC architectural concrete, then sealed in multiple layers with lacquers and silane-based treatments, making it resistant to scratches, stains, moisture, and UV light. Natural variations in color, subtle streaks, and tiny pores are the signature of true craftsmanship — every concrete sink is one of a kind and will differ slightly from the next.

The impregnates we use have been carefully selected and selected to obtain the highest degree of protection of the elements. However, it should be remembered that, according to the information provided by the manufacturers of impregnations, they do not protect against all possible factors to which the elements may be exposed, and the time of resistance to the factors also varies. According to the technical data sheets, no measure can completely protect against long-term effects of all factors and is required immediate removal of this factor from the surface of the element. It is forbidden to use caustic, aggressive cleaning agents, such as strong cleaning liquids, bleaches, acetones, removers, solvents, acids, alkaline and other acidic or alkaline agents, also scouring and abrasive agents. The surfaces should be protected against scratching, so as not to break the paint coat, which results in the formation of scratches, chipping and water absorption. Additional preservatives should be used - liquid waxes - hard - Moeller HMK p17 recommended, with the frequency - symptomatically - surface wear or at least once a month.
Everyday dirt should be removed with a soft cloth and water with a neutral detergent.
In practice, this means that dirt should be removed without delay. The risk of staining increases with time and with the degree of aggressiveness of the agent.
